Park AP-1 Adhesive Primer – 10ml Pen

Maximises the Effects of Park Tool’s Thread Lockers and Retaining Compounds

Park Tool recommends the use of the AP-1 adhesive primer to prep the surface of anything you intend to apply thread-locking or retaining compounds to. Prepping the surface will maximise the effectiveness of these products and greatly reduce their curing times.

Important Note: Any components or fasteners that will come into contact with carbon surfaces such as press fit bottom brackets or bearings must first be treated with the AP-1 primer before applying any thread-lockers or retaining compounds. Failure to do this may result in the parts becoming permanently bonded.
