Starting with the Top End Set

You Get all the Top End Fasteners!

6-M8 Tall Chrome Cylinder Head Nuts. These
Flange Cap Nuts are hard to find and expensive when you do. Taller than
the OEM nuts.
Perfect for std. or long aftermarket studs.

6-M8 Thick copper sealing washers. Perfect for OEM applications using a std. head gasket. Mandatory for O-ring head applications.

1-M6x10 Coolant plug with 1-M6 copper sealing washer. Replace 90037-360-000 90543-273-000

4-M10 Flange Nuts (non serrated) perfect for mounting your cylinder. Replace 94050-10000

6-M6x20 Reed Valve intake bolts 8mm reduced head flange type. Replace 96300-06022-00 with these 8mm head bolts to match the rest of your engine.
You can request the 10mm head flange bolts if you prefer more OEM look.

3-M6x18 Exhaust Bolts. Replace 96001-06018-00

Last but not least are 4-M4x16 OEM matching carburetor float bowl screws with lock-washer.
We might as well include those too. Replace 93892-04016-08

Next we have the Crankcase Set

All of the engine case bolts, internal and external fasteners. Even the bearing holder bolts.

2-M6x70 Reduced Head Flange Case Bolts hardened to 10.9 grade to exceed requirements. Replace 96001-06070-07Z

3-M6x50 Reduced Head Flange Case Bolts 10.9 grade. Replace 96001-06050-07

4-M6x45 Reduced Head Flange Case Bolts 10.9 grade. Replace 96001-06045-07

2-M6x14 Reduced Head Flange internal bearing mount Bolt 10.9 grade. Replace 96001-06014-00

2-M6x12 Flat Head Countersunk Screw internal bearing mount. Replace 93600-06012-0A

1-M6x16 Reduced Head Flange clutch cable mount Bolt 10.9 grade. Replace 96001-06016-07

1-M12 Aluminum Sealing Washer for your Oil Drain Plug. Replace 94109-12000

2-M6x16 Reduced Head Flange Counter Balancer Bearing Holder Bolts 10.9 grade. Replace 96001-06016-00

Stator Left Engine Cover Set

You get all the left side engine bolts including the engine side cover, front sprocket cover case guard, stator and the ignition trigger pick up bolts.

4-M6x45 Reduced Head Flange Side Cover Bolts. Replace 96300-06045-07

1-M6x100 Reduced Head Flange Front Counter-Shaft Sprocket Cover or Case Guard Bolt hardened to 10.9 grade exceeds requirements.
Replace 906300-06100-07

1-M6x16 Reduced Head Flange Front Counter-Shaft Sprocket Cover or Case Guard Bolt 10.9 grade. Replace 96001-06016-00

2-M5x12 dacromet plated Ignition Pick up Bolts. Replace 93301-05012-0A

Right Side Engine Clutch Cover Water Pump Set

You get all the correct right side engine clutch cover bolts and water pump bolts.

9-M6x32 (hard to find and correct) Reduced Head Flange Clutch Side Cover Bolts hardened to 10.9
grade exceeds requirements. Replace 96001-006032-07
2-M6x40 Reduced Head Flange Clutch Side Cover Bolts 10.9 grade. Replace 96001-06040-07
2-M6x10 Reduced Head Drain Plug Bolts. One for oil check and one for coolant drain. Replace 90037-360-000. Original were 10mm hex/Phillips head. These are upgrades and keep everything the same size head.
2-M6 copper sealing washers. One for oil check and one for coolant drain. Replace 90543-273-000
2-M6x25 Reduced Head Flange Water Pump Bolts 10.9 grade. Replace 96001-06025-07
2-M6x32 (hard to find and correct) Reduced Head Flange Water Pump Bolts 10.9 grade. Replace 96001-06032-07

All bolts heat treated for strength and zinc plated to look great, resist corrosion,and last the life of your ATV.

We searched long and hard to find these Tall Cap Flange Nuts for the cylinder head. They are Chrome plated for long lasting good looks.
